  • We invite you to participate and sell your food with children, youth, families and volunteers at the 31th Annual Children & Youth Day event to be held on Sunday October 5, 2025 at the State Capitol Diamond Head Lawn, Kalanimoku Building and Punchbowl Street Grounds, from 10am to 3pm.

     

    This is a one-day free event of fun games, educational experiences, hands on activities, demonstrations, crafts, entertainment and surprising adventures for Hawai’i’s children and youth and the young at heart - great fun and education for the whole family! Attendance is expected to be between 5,000 and 8,000 people.

    Location of food vendors will be on Punchbowl Street.

  • Participation Fee of $100 non-refundable cash or check is due upon registration. Checks to be made out to Pacific American Foundation, a 501(c)3 not for profit orgazniation. Checks and cash will be collected by Food Chair, Pauline Hirohata.

I will not hold the State of Hawai’i, the City and County of Honolulu, Pacific American Foundation, the Children and Youth Day Committee, Kama‘aina Kids or event sponsors nor any of their employees, volunteers, or representatives responsible for any personal injury, property damages or loss incurred at this event. I will be responsible to brief my employees / volunteers on HFD Guidelines. I also agree to share any event sales and transaction information for the event and that this information will be due one week after being requested. This information is used to evaluate the event to better make decisions on future event planning.
